Installation

1. Upload the Plugin:
   • Download the plugin zip file.
   • In your WordPress admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
   • Upload the zip file and click Install Now.
2. Activate the Plugin:
   • After installation, click Activate.
3. Set Up the Page:
   • The plugin automatically creates a page titled "IFSC Finder" with the [ifsc_finder] shortcode.
   • If the page is not created, manually create a page and add the shortcode [ifsc_finder].
4. Upload Data:
   • Go to IFSC Finder > Upload CSV in the admin menu.
   • Download the sample CSV file for reference.
   • Upload your CSV file and map the columns to the database fields.

Usage

Frontend

• Place the shortcode [ifsc_finder] on any page to display the IFSC finder form.
• Users can:
  • Enter an 11-character IFSC code (e.g., YESB0DNB002) and click Submit.
  • Or select a bank, state, district, and branch to find the IFSC code.
• Results include detailed branch information and a shareable URL.

Admin

• Access the plugin dashboard via IFSC Finder in the admin menu.
• Upload CSV:
  • Upload a CSV file with headers (e.g., BANK, BRANCH, IFSC, etc.).
  • Map CSV columns to fields like Bank Name, IFSC, etc.
  • The plugin processes the file, converts cases, and imports valid records.
• Actions:
  • View the number of records in the database.
  • Download all IFSC links.
  • Clear the database (with confirmation).

CSV File Requirements

• Format: Comma Separated Values (CSV).
• Encoding: UTF-8 recommended (also supports ISO-8859-1, Windows-1252).
• Headers: First row must contain column headers.
• Required Fields: Bank Name, Branch, IFSC, District, State.
• Optional Fields: Address, City, Contact.
• IFSC Format: 11 characters, alphanumeric, 5th character must be '0' (e.g., SBIN0000300).
• Case Handling:
  • IFSC codes are converted to UPPERCASE.
  • Other fields are converted to Title Case.
